RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Sceptic, customer satisfaction with their experience shopping on our website is essential. In case you want to return or exchange your product for another or change the size, please send an email to info@sceptic.es help email or contact us through our contact form, indicating the reason for your query and your order number.

RETURNS POLICY

To make a return, the following requirements must be met:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with their tags.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES POLICY

To make a change, the following requirements must be met:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and tags.
• Size changes can only be made if we have the requested size in our stock.
• In case of a size change, the customer must pay the shipping costs again.

When we have the product in hand and check that everything is okay, we will refund the returned items immediately, and it will be reflected in your bank account according to the speed of your bank.
